"I have been with State Farm for most of my adult life. What I enjoy about this company is consistency and that I can trust them, especially in times of emergency. Having been through a tornado while stationed in Texas with the US Army, my residence was completely destroyed and my car was thrown a block away. Like the commercial says, "Like A Good Neighbor State Farm Was There."
Presently, my business, home, and autos have been covered by Miguel Alfaro here in Petaluma for at least the past two decades. When I need help with policy changes or have questions, the team is quick to be there—present, competent, and polite. It is service that shines.
Norma, Cecilia, and this past year's interactions have been great, and most notably Estela, who is gracious, kind, and professional. She sets my mind at ease on what can be confusing insurance lingo (to me) by spelling it out in plain language I can understand.

"Don't go here nobody knows what they are doing it took them a month and a half to fix a mistake they made I recommend going anywhere else for insurance they changed me twice for a policy change I did not ask for and that they where not given permission to do with and increase my insurance by 300% with out informing me for no apparent reason don't go here"

When we receive a request to make a change, we promptly address it. However, reversing the change, when you change your mind, takes some time. We were delighted to assist in rectifying a mistake that wasn’t our fault.
